Cankar AI is a tool for quickly visualising ideas for exterior and interior spaces. Upload a photo of your space, describe what you want to change, and receive an AI-generated image showing a possible result.
The result is a visual proposal to help you make decisions or discuss an idea with family, a contractor, a designer or a client. It is not an architectural project, technical drawing or construction documentation. You can try Cankar AI with a photo of your own space.
You can use it for facades, terraces, gardens, entrances, fencing, rooms, holiday lets, flats, houses and commercial spaces.
It works best when the photo clearly shows the space you want to change and your description makes clear what must stay the same and what may change.
Upload a clear photo from the angle from which you want to see the change. The space should be well lit, with enough room in the image for the element you want to add, such as a canopy, fence, furniture or lighting.
If you want to add something new, photograph the space so it is clear where that element should go. Avoid blurry or very dark photos, extreme wide-angle shots, and photos where an important part of the space is obscured.
Use a design change when you have one clear change you want to make to an image. For example: change the facade colour, add a canopy, replace the flooring, add a table and chairs, or apply the style of a reference image.
Use design ideas when you want to see several different directions. For example: show three facade ideas, four terrace design proposals, or several interior style variations.
Extra reference images help the AI understand the style, colours, materials, lighting, atmosphere or a specific product you want to use.
They do not need to show the same space. They can show furniture, a kitchen, a table, a facade, tiles, lighting, a canopy or any other detail you want to use as inspiration. State clearly in your description how each reference should be used.
A good instruction has three parts: what you want to change, what must stay the same, and the style or materials you want.
Example: "Change the facade to a warm light colour, add wooden details around the entrance and subtle outdoor lighting. Keep the shape of the house, roof, windows, doors, garden and camera perspective the same. Make the style modern, warm and realistic."
The more specific the instruction, the more likely the result will be close to what you had in mind.
Generation usually takes 30 to 60 seconds. It can take longer depending on image size, system load and the selected generation mode.
If generation fails, try again with a clearer image or a simpler instruction.
One generated image uses one credit.
A design change generates one image and uses one credit. Design ideas generate two, three or four images and use the same number of credits. Your text instruction and extra reference images do not add to the cost.
You can make your first attempt without registering. After registering, you receive one free credit for another generation.
Registered users can review their generation history in the app. There you can see previous results, the instructions used, credits spent, and start a new generation from an earlier result when needed.
If you generate an image as a guest, access may be limited because guest use is not a replacement for a permanent user account.
Images are not deliberately published publicly or shown to other users through the app. However, uploaded and generated images are stored in external storage and displayed through a unique direct URL.
Anyone who obtains that direct URL can view the image. Do not upload photos containing sensitive data, identity documents, private information, content you do not want to share, or people whose consent you do not have.
